Mr. Kempinsky's practice encompasses trial and appellate work in both State and Federal courts. Over the years, Mr. Kempinsky has been lead counsel in numerous jury and non-jury trials, as well as in appeals, involving a wide variety of substantive issues, including bankruptcy, business torts, commercial, environmental, franchise, real estate, trademark and other intellectual property. Mr. Kempinsky also has broad experience representing the interests of creditors and debtors, along with all of the other constituencies involved, in bankruptcy cases and out of court workouts.
